Terms

By purchasing at Specialdays webshop, you have accepted the following conditions.

Refunds

At Specialday we are proud of our products. And if you're not happy, we're not happy. Therefore, we always provide one month full return on purchases from our webshop, effective from the day you received your goods.

If you wish to use the right of return, simply attach a note with your name and order number and send the package to:

Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received, if the full amount requested is to be returned. Returns must be returned with foil, ie in original packaging. Defective or damaged goods does not have to be returned with foil (See 'Complaints').

Return of goods is at your own expense and at your own responsibility. We recommend that you send returns as a package where there is insurance and option for 'track and trace'.

It can not be returned or exchanged in physical stores, as these are different legal entities.

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We will refund to the credit card with which the goods are purchased.

Complaints

All goods are subject to the provisions of the Danish Competition Act on 2 years of warranty. The right of claim means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 2 years after the purchase.

The warranty does not cover when faults, damage or wear occurs due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear. We refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of a complaint when the complaint is warranted. When you return the item, please attach a copy of the invoice on which you write what is complained over. As a consumer, you may require a new item submitted as a replacement for the complaint. This presupposes that the complaint is justified and that the exchange does not lead to unfair costs for the Specialday.

Colors and quality

We can not guarantee that the colors you see on your screen match the colors of our products with a 100% match. This depends on the color setup on your computer as well as your screen resolution.

Payment

We accept Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount is deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. All prices are incl. 25% VAT. Freight is free for purchase over DKK 500.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Specialday ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery

Your items will be shipped within 2 business days, from when you placed your order. Once your order is registered, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. As soon as your order is shipped, you will also be informed by e-mail and you will be able to track your package.
